These procedures use the term 'contact' in line with legislative provisions. In Southend-on-Sea, we use the term 'family time'. The terms should be regarded as interchangeable for the purposes of these procedures.

Before going to the body of the new Manual, all users must read 'Using this Manual' which can be accessed from the menu bar.
